End User License Agreement (EULA)

Effective Date: June 12, 2025

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User", "you") and AIPANDIT TECH PRIVATE LIMITED ("Company", "we", "us", or "our") governing your use of the AI Pandit platform and services ("Service").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by this Agreement, including all policies referenced herein (Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Disclaimer).

2. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to this Agreement.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent to use the Service.

4. Services Provided

The Service includes personalized astrology-based reports, birth charts, predictions, and remedies generated via AI models. These are intended for informational and spiritual use only.

5. User Data and Privacy

We collect and securely store personal data, including name, email, birth details, life events, questions, and responses. This data is used to improve personalization, accuracy, and AI training. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.

6. Subscription Plans and Refunds

• Free Trial: Up to 2 weeks of free trial with essential features access
• Monthly Plan: Non-cancellable and non-refundable after free trial
• Yearly Plan: Refundable on a prorated basis. If cancelled within 6 months, usage is charged at monthly basis plan; after 6 months user charged on yearly basis plan.

7. Disclaimer

We do not guarantee the accuracy or effectiveness of astrological predictions. The Service does not replace medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice. You assume full responsibility for decisions made using this Service.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, code, models, and materials on the Service are the exclusive property of the Company. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at our discretion if you violate this Agreement or misuse the Service.

11. Modifications

We may update this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the Service implies acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
