Refund and Cancellation Policy

At AIPANDIT TECH PRIVATE LIMITED ("AI Pandit", "we", "us", "our"), we are committed to delivering personalized astrology-based services through our digital platform. To ensure transparency and user clarity, the following Return & Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which our services may be canceled or refunded.

1. Free Trial Period

We offer a complimentary 1 to 2 week Free Trial to all new users. During this period, you may explore the AI Pandit platform and its services without any payment obligation. Upon completion of the Free Trial, continued use of our services requires subscription to a paid plan.

2. Subscription Plans

Users may choose between two subscription models:

• Monthly Plan: Billed per monthly basis. This plan is non-cancellable and non-refundable once the free trial is over and payment is made.
• Yearly Plan: Billed yearly basis. This plan can be canceled at any time, and refunds will be processed as described below.

3. Refund Policy for Yearly Plans

Users subscribing to the Yearly Plan are eligible for a pro-rata refund if they choose to cancel before the end of the subscription period. Refunds will be calculated based on the following terms:

• If cancellation is made within the first 6 months of the subscription, used months will be charged at the standard Monthly Plan rate , and the remaining balance will be refunded.
• If cancellation is made after 6 months, used months will be calculated at the discounted Yearly rate , and the remaining balance will be refunded.

Refunds will be issued to the original mode of payment and may take 7–10 business days to reflect, depending on your bank or payment gateway.

4. Non-Returnable Services

All services delivered via AI Pandit, including but not limited to horoscope generation, birth chart analysis, predictive consultations, and remedies, are digital, personalized, and non-returnable once delivered or accessed.

5. Exceptional Circumstances

While our refund policy is strictly enforced, we may consider exceptions for extraordinary events such as:

• Medical emergencies (with supporting documents)
• Accidental duplicate payments
• Technical errors resulting in failed access to services

All exception requests must be submitted in writing to info@aipandit.co.in and will be reviewed at our sole discretion.

6. Cancellations

• Monthly Plans: Cannot be canceled or refunded once billing starts post free trial.
• Yearly Plans: Can be canceled at any time via your account dashboard or by emailing us.

7. Modifications to Services

If you need to update or adjust services already rendered or booked, please reach out to our team. Modifications are subject to approval and may incur additional charges based on the nature of the request.

8. International Users

AI Pandit is operated by AIPANDIT TECH PRIVATE LIMITED, a company registered in India. We primarily operate under Indian laws, including the Consumer Protection Act and the Information Technology Act. While we welcome users from all countries, our services, billing practices, and policies are governed by Indian law. Users outside India should review local legal requirements before using the service, and agree that disputes will be subject exclusively to Indian jurisdiction.
